Digital Communications

Digital Communications edits the university's online services: public websites, the Alma intranet and the Helsinki.fi website that provides information about what is going on in the university city. Unit is responsible for development projects and coordination of content production. It's also responsible for the utilisation of social media in communication and marketing.

The university's content producers are supported by services such as participatory service development, recommendations and guides, visitor monitoring, usability services, web addresses, training and networks.

The University of Helsinki's website is the oldest in Finland. The public website has 1.2 million visitors a month.
