The Linguistic Atlas of Early Middle English (LAEME) was added to CoRD

The Corpus of Late Modern English Texts (CLMETEV) has been added to CoRD.

December 4th, 2008

The Freiburg Corpus of English Dialects (FRED) was added to CoRD. We are currently expecting submissions from well over a dozen corpus compilers.

October 24th, 2008

Entries for the English-Norwegian Parallel Corpus (ENPC) and the London-Oslo/Bergen Corpus (LOB) were added. The ENPC entry features a flash animation virtual tour of Knut Hofland's Translation Corpus Aligner.

March 14th, 2008

The entry for the Helsinki Corpus of British English Dialects was added to CoRD. The entry features audio samples from the corpus and photographs taken during corpus compilation trips to England.

September 20, 2007

A video introduction to the Helsinki Corpus is added. More video clips are forthcoming as new corpora are added in the next few months.

A bibliography is added for Helsinki Corpus.

Two new corpora are added to the CoRD database: SCOTS and NECTE.

VARIENG launches the Corpus Resource Database, featuring the Helsinki Corpus as the first corpus.
