RekryForum

RekryForum is a job database maintained by Career Services and used only by the students and graduates of the University of Helsinki. RekryForum is available only in Finnish. Most of the advertisements are in Finnish.

We welcome foreign and international companies to place their advertisements in the RekryForum.

Employers

In the RekryForum, employers can reach the students and graduates of the University of Helsinki.

Free of charge, employers can

• leave a job advertisements
• offer a traineeship
• sponsor a Master's thesis
• advertise recruiting events or your organisation's own trainee-programs.

If you want to leave an advertisement, send it by email to our Customer Service (urapalvelut@helsinki.fi).

Students and graduates

You can read all the ads from any computer connected to the University of Helsinki network. Otherwise, you must register as a job-seeker. RekryForum is available only in Finnish.

Registering as a job-seeker

Choose from the main page's menu bar Opiskelijat (Students) > Rekisteröityminen (Register). Compulsory data are marked with an asterisk on the registration form:

• Käyttäjätunnus* (Username): You can give a username you want to use. It must contain at least five characters.
• Nimi* (First name)
• Sukunimi* (Surname)
• Sähköpostiosoite* (Email address)
• Tiedekunta* (Faculty) > Choose the name of your faculty from the menu. Faculty names are in Finnish.
• Status* > "perustutkinto-opiskelija"=graduate student, "jatko-opiskelija"=postgraduate student, "alumni"=alumni.

After registration a password and username will be sent to the email address you provided. To sign in, you must enter your username and password.
