Reform of the degree structure at the University of Helsinki

Faculties and campuses

The University of Helsinki is receiving project funding from the Ministry of Education between 2004 and 2006 for the implementation of the reform of the degree structure. In the spring of 2003 this funding was distributed among the faculties and the central administration.

The faculties have each embarked on the reform work at their own pace and have hired experts to carry out the core analysis of the academic curriculum and other related projects. The experts involved with the reform form a university-wide cooperation network, which meets regularly.
