Hotel Reservations

A quota of rooms have been booked at the attractive rates in the following hotels. Booking instructions and/or link to the hotel’s booking system can be found from each hotel description. All rooms are subject to availability and bookings should be made before 30.6.2012.

All prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT, except for Hostel Academica, where the availability of breakfast cannot yet be confirmed.

Cumulus Kaisaniemi

Hostel Academica

Address: Hietaniemenkatu 14 (Free internet connection in the lobby area, some rooms have internet in the rooms – upon request)

Budget hotel in the centre of Helsinki, most of the sights are within walking distance. All the rooms have private shower and bathroom, also a small kitchenette and fridgerator.
Tram or bus connection to the Congress Venue takes app. 15 minutes.
