The main techniques we use are cell and tissue culture: explants of cartilage, tendon,
synovium, chondrocytes (human, bovine), human bone marrow derived stromal cells, human adipose tissue derived cells in 2D and 3D culture systems, several biochemical assays,
Q-RT-PCR (several validated assays for human, bovine and equine)
(immuno)histochemistry, small animal experiments (mice and rat), specifically for osteoarthritis
models.
