Outcomes of the evaluation

The evaluation of education and development measures, as well as the evaluation of the attainment of set objectives, are part of the University’s strategic planning and operations management processes.  
The results of the evaluation are transferred to the following processes:

1. The development challenges noted in the evaluation report will be considered in the preparations for the next strategy period.

2. The faculties will plan development measures which will be discussed in target negotiations between the Rector and the relevant units.
3. The faculties will devise three-year target programmes.
4. Reports will be drafted of the implementation of the target programmes and development projects.
