The project will yield a monograph on film music, one or two edited anthologies, a number of articles and essays in domestic and scholarly journals and a number of theses for Academic purposes, including two doctoral and two licentiate theses.

Other aims include the development of international co-operation on the study of the topic and domestic and international researcher training. For this purpose, the project will organise undergraduate classes, a continuous project seminar, annual researcher training seminars, international guest lectures and an international conference in 2006.
