Professional educational visits for groups and individual visitors
Are you interested in education system and teacher education in Finland?
Palmenia Centre for Continuing Education offers Educational Visits, including the following services:
Organising professional study visits to Helsinki
A visit may consist of
- expert presentations
- discussions
- workshops
- seminars
- school excursions
- consultancy
These all are fee-based activities.
The presentations include discussions and the relevant hard copies. The presentations/lectures will be held in English.
The costs of our services will be related to the extent of the arrangements of the professional study visit or the consultancy offer. The standard price is 250 euros/day/person. The travel costs are to be paid by the visitors themselves.
Please note that Eduvisit service is for groups of 10 or more people only, due to constant interest and more potential visitors than we are able to receive. Possibly ,there will be certain dates offered for you to sign in and to participate as an individual with others from other countries. In this case you may show your interest in this alternative.
If you are interested in in-service training for a group in a specific field of education please specify in the Service Order Request form. These are to be programmed separately with the faculties that will provide the teaching and will be charged accordingly.

The educational visit service is aimed to groups of 10 or more persons who want to get a closer view to the Finnish educational system. The service costs 250 euros/person/day.
