Voting has begun!

The University of Helsinki holds elections of the University Senate, Faculty Councils and Departmental Steering Committees 19–20 November and 24–26 November 2003. Votes can be cast on the designated election days between 9.00 am and 7.00 pm via the University election site

Voting has begun Votes can be given on any computer that has an Internet connection and a browser. Voting instructions are available on the following websites: vaaliohje/english.

In order to vote you need a valid user account for the University IT systems and your personal identity code.If you do not have a University user account, you will be issued a temporary user account (user code in envelope) at the election service desks during the election or from the University Registrar’s Office. Election service desks are open on election days between 9am and 7pm and the University’s Registrar’s Office between 10am and 3.45pm. Remember to bring personal identification.

You can also vote and receive assistance in voting at election service desks. The election services desks are in the following addresses:
