Meilahti Campus Library Terkko functions as the WHO Documentation Centre in Finland as well asthe Reference Library for WHO Publications.

Our main task is to coordinate and manage WHO information in Finland by collecting, organizing, disseminating, evaluating and promoting WHO information products and resources, as well as by communicating and collaborating with other WHO Documentation Centres in the WHO European Region, the WHO Regional Office for Europe and

Our aim is to provide national support to the WHO Regional Office for Europe and the WHO Headquarters in the effort of the attainment of better health by matching our WHO information services to our users’ needs.

Our WHO collection covers publications of the WHO Headquarters since the foundation of the Organization in 1948, and documents and publications of WHO Regional Office for Europe since the designation of the Library as a WHO Documentation Centre in 1991.
