Quality and development - quality assurance
Quality at the University means expedient activity and high-quality results.
The quality assurance system of the Helsinki University Library is based in the University’s quality assurance policies. The quality assurance system supports and organises the implementation of functions and ensures operational quality, thereby promoting development of the Library as well. The Library’s quality assurance system is documented in the operations manual. The quality assurance system is implemented by collecting and utilising customer feedback, and is aided by the operations manual and documentation of functions.
The quality system of the Helsinki University Library is a part of the quality assurance system of the University of Helsinki.
