The developments of university education and evaluation systems aim at a broad view of the scientific development within the discipline and at meeting the societal demands which are imposed on it. Using this as a starting point the quality system is developed within the field of study. An additional area of our focus is virtual education.

University pedagogy is a multidisciplinary field that investigates pedagogical activity, such as learning, studying, teaching, and assessment, in the higher education context. University pedagogy utilises especially psychological, pedagogical, and social psychological knowledge, but also knowledge from other behavioural and social sciences. In discipline-specific questions it cooperates closely with the disciplines taught at universities.
