Welcome to Christina Institute
CHRISTINA INSTITUTE for Gender Studies is connected to the Faculty of Arts, University of Helsinki. The institute's main task is to promote Gender and Women's Studies and coordinate and administer relevant instruction. It also provides premises and equipment for researchers, maintains contacts with other institutes for Gender and Women's Studies, and distributes information on the subject of Gender Studies. During the academic year 2008–2009 the director of the Institute is prof. Tuija Pulkkinen. |
