Comprehensive language services
Tailored language training
Language Services offers high-quality training in more than 20 languages, language testing, translation and language revision to public bodies, institutes, companies and individuals. Language Services employs about 150 language professionals: over 70 Finnish and native teachers, translators and language revisors, and administrative staff who are well-acquainted with language issues. Our teachers are experts in language and culture education. We offer teaching in the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Vietnamese. Our open enrolment language courses include a variety of languages from Arabic to Swedish, not forgetting Finnish for Foreigners. You do not need to be enrolled as a student at the University of Helsinki to participate in these courses. Language revisions and translations
