Advance registration for the courses is compulsory. You may enroll in a course either by presenting in person a receipt for the payment of the course fee at the Language Services Office or by registering with an electronic form and forwarding us the receipt of payment.

Please note that in order to confirm your participation, you need to present the receipt of payment of the course fee (either show the receipt at the office, or fax or mail it to us); you will not be reserved a place on the course until we receive proof of payment.

NB! If you are a member of the staff of the University of Helsinki, please see instructions for registration in the intranet Alma.

Please register at least two weeks before the course starts.

Students are enrolled in the courses on a first-come, first-served basis. If the course is full and you have paid the course fee, we will refund the fee in full against receipt of payment.

The course fee is indicated in the course description.

The fee is to be paid in advance to the Language Centre bank account: NORDEA FI23 1660 3000 0777 20.. Please make sure that you give the reference number 99108094.

Books are not included in the course fee.

Refunds are made only in the following cases:

• The course is full and the student cannot be accommodated.
• The course is cancelled.
• The student has paid too much by mistake.
