Data Management Plan

The data management plan determines how the materials are acquired, used and stored during the research project and how the materials are made available for further use after the end of the project.

The planning of data management simplifies research practices and facilitates collaboration within the research group. Many funding providers often require a data management plan; the Academy of Finland, for example, requires a research data management plan as part of the research plan. Data management planning tool DMPTuuli (beta) will help you write data management plans.
