11 June, 2009: MISSED ABSTRACTS
It turned out that some abstracts (so far two) were lost and will not appear in the book itself.
They were not submitted via the official poster submission channel on the 13-ICQC web site, but sent to individual members of the organization committee, and lost underway. None of the officially submitted abstracts were lost.
To minimize the damage and annoyment, the following remedy is suggested: We open a new file of POST-DEADLINE AND MISSED ABSTRACTS on the web site. There currently are five p-d and two missed. For the rest, read the instructions below.

The dead-line for normal participation fee of 450 euro, and for the submission of all abstracts was 30 April, 2009. The editing of the "Program and Abstracts" book, including a List of Participants, was started immediately after this and finished on Wednesday, 20 May.
Any further abstracts or further participants after that date will be classified as "post-deadline". These posters will have a number, and the same visibility as the regular ones, but the presenting author will have to print the abstract and/or poster image, and distribute it himself/herself at the poster stand. We plan to produce later a list of known post-deadline participants and post-deadline posters to all participants
