Cancellations and liability
In the case of cancellation of registration before June the 1st, 2009, we will refund all but 50 € of the registration fee (not including accommodation). After that date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds for cancelled accommodation will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the policy of the particular hotel. Refunds for cancellations of accommodation for a single day or for a part of the booked week are not possible.
Participants are advised to purchase travel and luggage insurance, and also to check the respective policies of their hotels in Savonlinna. The conference organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury that occurs while attending the 30th International Symposium on Free Radicals.
The registration desk in Savonlinna
After you have checked in to your hotel, the symposium registration desk should be your first port of call when you arrive in Savonlinna. It will be located on the verandah of Wanha Kasino (address: Kylpylaitoksentie 4) on the afternoon and evening of Saturday, July 25. Throughout the rest of the conference, the registration desk will be located near the cloakroom (narikkatila) and will be staffed during meal and coffee breaks.
