In the Department of the Asian and African Studies at University of Helsinki, Lootus was the student organization of East Asian and Japanese Studies. We studied the following languages and cultures: Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Mongolian as major subjects.In its general assembly 28.4.2005 organization decided to stop its activities.
