Patrons of the Debating Society
Patron (English) A person who employs an artist or architect to create a work of art or a building. Under a system of patronage, artists and architects work on commission.
At the moment the University of Helsinki Debating Society is searching for distinguished social or political commentators to become honourary patrons of our society. They would help us by occasionally adjudicating our debates as well as helping us fundraise and develop contacts.
