Master's degree programmes
For international applicants UH offers a comprehensive selection of research-oriented two-year International Master’s Degree Programmes. They provide students with skills needed in demanding professions and give a solid foundation for doctoral studies. Also several regular Master’s degrees can be completed in English.
The International Master’s Degree Programmes are taught entirely in English. The scope of these programmes is 120 ECTS credits, completed with two years of full-time study. Some programmes are organised by the University of Helsinki along with other Finnish and foreign universities. All programmes comply with the national legislation governing university education and are, therefore, recognised globally.
