International Staff Exchange Week 2012
The University of Helsinki welcomes administrative staff from the Erasmus partner universities. In order to give the best overview of our institution UH offers a one week programme called ISEW. ISEW 2012 will take place on 21 - 25 May 2012.

Who?
The program is directed to administrators working in the university level with interest in benchmarking of practices and networking with colleagues. Participation will be limited to two person per partner institution. The language of communication is English.

The ISEW program is only for the participants. In order to benefit from the intense program the participants are expected to attend the scheduled activities.

What?
The program will be constructed in days with specific themes from an administrative point of view. Themes include e.g.

  • General information about the University
  • Visiting host department of your choice
  • Master programmes and study opportunities in English

Two special evening events are planned for the week. See the feedback from previous ISEW-participants.

Special Feature of ISEW 2012
Helsinki is the World Design Capital in 2012. The participants of ISEW 2012 will have an opportunity to experience how University of Helsinki participates in designing for better life & future.

How to apply?
The application period for ISEW 2012 ended in February 15, 2012. All applicants will be informed of their status via email by the end of February.

Accommodation
University of Helsinki will arrange accommodation for successful applicants.

Costs
Participation in the scheduled programme is free of charge. Other costs such as accomodation are covered by the participants themselves.
