Hyytiälä Forestry Field Station
Hyytiälä Forestry Field Station is a unit of the Department of Forest Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry in the University of Helsinki. Its mission is to enable forestry teaching and research in the field conditions. The station provides a place also for many outside events, meetings, and parties.
A new barbecue place
A new barbecue place was built in-between the saunas in autumn 2011. The place can be easily reached from both saunas using the wooden pathways, which makes it a convenient place for getting together.
