Accommodation

The organisers have booked accommodation in different price categories at several hotels within walking distance from the Conference Venue. The rooms will be booked on a first come – first served basis.

All room prices include breakfast and 8 % VAT.

Hotel Helsinki is located around the corner of the Conference Venue and only a few steps away from the city centre, right next to the best shopping streets. Popular lobby bar, restaurant and a night-club. The hotel is refurbishing the rooms so some disturbance might occur during the day.

Eurohostel is just a short walk away from the sights, shops and restaurants in the city centre. Every floor has a kitchen, shower room and toilets. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The hostel is located within a 15 minute walking distance from the Conference Venue.

Hotel Deposit

To guarantee your hotel/hostel reservation, a deposit of one night’s room rate is required. Reservations without a paid deposit cannot be accepted. The deposit should be paid to Congreszon together with the registration payments. The rest of the accommodation payment should be paid directly to the hotel/hostel and the deposit paid will be credited on your final invoice when checking out. Your reservation will be confirmed when Congreszon has received your deposit payment.

Alterations and Cancellations

All alterations to accommodation reservations must be sent to Congreszon in writing. For room reservations cancelled by February 10, the amount of EUR 20 will be charged for administrational expenses. For cancellations received by April 28, 2006, a one night deposit will be charged. There are no refunds for room cancellations made after that date.
