The project arranges a seminar called "Den synliga och osynliga makten – Eliterna i det svenska riket under 1600- och 1700-talen" on Friday, October 19, 2001.


The reseach project Elites and Social Change – Family Strategies and Networks of Power, 1500–2000 is funded by the Academy of Finland (2000–2002), and its researchers are working in the Departments of History in the Universities of Helsinki and Turku.
