WHAT IS WOMEN'S STUDIES?
Women's studies is an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary field
of research. It investigates the historical, cultural and social
status of gender and sexuality and aims to produce new information
on gender relations, women's lives and status in society. Women's
studies also includes men's studies and queer studies as well as
studies in equality.
