Concluding seminar of IBAM project: Integrated Bayesian risk analysis of ecosystem management in the Gulf of Finland
Time: 25.5.2012
Place: Auditorium Laulujoutsen, Finnish Environmental Institute (SYKE), Mechelininkatu 34a
A three year study project is over. So what did we learn? If you want to know:
- How the ecosystem approach is implemented in the Australian fisheries management and science?
- What kind of a risk is common reed for our beaches in archipelago?
- What did the major environmental changes cause to the production capacity of herring in the Baltic Sea?
- Did the Antonio Gramsci oil spill really have an impact on herring stocks in the Gulf of Finland?
- Can the joined impacts of several risk factors (oil spills, eutrophication, exploitation) be modeled for herring and eider in a single model?
If you want answers, please send an email to Kirsi.Rannasmaa(at)ymparisto.fi, so that we can provide you answers and also a coffee free of charge :)
