Now you can also chat with us! Helpdesk is trying out a new service, chat. During the pilot you can chat with us either in English or in Finnish.

To chat with us, just visit this page - a chat window will open whenever one of the Helpdesk agents is available. If no one is available, the window stays hidden. To use the chat, Javascript needs to be enabled in your browser.

You can now switch to using Office 365 by yourself. Read the activation instructions here.

If you need help with the activation process, you might want to wait until the rest of your unit begins its migration. The current timetable for the Office 365 migration can be found in Flamma (Schedule only in Finnish).

 

The Helpdesk is open on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.00.
Helpdesk's opening hours during summer (June 22 - August 10) Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 4 p.m
Opening hours during summer (June 22 - August 10) Mon-Fri from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
