The Helpdesk provides assistance for university staff and students in all IT related issues. Please contact us when you need help with e.g. your computer, peripheral devices, software, user accounts, or printing.

NEW! You can also take care of your user account related matters by phone. All you need to do is identify yourself beforehand via the ID point service. You can find ID point service desks in most campus libraries, and they share the same weekly opening hours as the libraries.

 

HOW TO CONTACT US

  1. In most cases, it is best to contact us by e-mail. Your support request is processed quickly by our professional staff. If need be, we can even connect to your computer remotely, if it is connected to the university network.
  2. You can also send us support requests online via our Helpdesk customer interface.
  3. In urgent situations, please contact us by phone.

When contacting us, please refer to the instructions for sending a support request so that we can help you as quickly and effectively as possible.

We provide assistance in Finnish, Swedish and in English.

The Helpdesk is open on weekdays from 8.00 to 17.30.
