Administrative Services functions under the head of administration within the Rector’s Office of the University of Helsinki. It supports the head of administration in the management and development of the University’s administrative services and central administration. The unit is responsible for the coordination of administration and support services as well as the management and development of service centres. It also supports the development of management and leadership at the University.
Administrative Services provides secretarial, transport and other support services for the University leadership, as well as porter services in the Administration Building.
Administrative Services is responsible for the management, development and service provision related to document administration and archiving at the University. The unit also includes the Editorial Office of the Official Government Directory.
