The Finnish Doctoral Program in Plant Science is a national doctoral program administered by the University of Helsinki. The director is Tapio Palva from the Department of Biosciences at the University of Helsinki and the vice director is Eva-Mari Aro from the Department of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry at the University of Turku.
The doctoral program aims to train scientific researchers in the following themes:
