Registration fees

The following fees are applicable, leaving an option for all participants to choose whether or not to attend the Gala Dinner:

Helsinki Sightseeing Tour (Thursday): 20 €
Gala Dinner (Saturday) for accompanying partners: 60 €
Excursion to Porvoo (on Sunday): 40 €

For speakers, attending the additional program is free of charge.

 
Terms and conditions 

Registration for participation at the conference is open to everyone interested and does not
require membership in ESIL or ASIL. Members are entitled to a reduced registration fee. 
In order to secure the reduced fee, please join ESIL or ASIL before registering for the conference.

Please note that the registration fee cannot be refunded in case of a cancellation. 

Participation includes guaranteed access to all conference events. 
It also includes all coffee breaks and buffet lunches.

Registration is complete only upon receipt of the registration fee. Registered participants 
will be able to access the conference material such as the conference papers in advance 
of the Research Forum. The documents will be available under a password that will be sent 
with the confirmation of registration.
