Design Walk
The guided Helsinki Design Walk gives a general view of the Finnish design, its history and its world-known names and brands such as Alvar Aalto, Iittala and Marimekko.

It also introduces young Finnish designers and emerging talents. The Design Walk tour takes you to design-related places of interest such as design boutiques and artists´ workshops within the Helsinki Design District area.

The tour ends at Design Forum Finland where you can visit the current design exhibition and maybe buy something unique from Finland.

Design Walk tours are guided in English and they are available every Monday and Friday at 13.30 until end of August. The tours start from Esplanade Park, Fabianinkatu.

Design Walk tours are operated by Helsinki Expert providing comprehensive travel services for both business and individual travellers in Helsinki and whole Finland.

Come and join us on a new Helsinki City Tour by bus focusing on design highlights of Helsinki and find out how design is a part of our everyday life.

During the tour you will see and hear about interesting sights and attractions related with design and architecture, including the Design District Helsinki and the Arabia District. The bus stops at the Temppeliaukio Church, the Senate Square and Arabia District.
