Suggest events - submission guidelines
The form is intended for representatives of communities and organisations who would like to inform of their event on the Helsinki.fi website. Edit your event advertisement so that it is as complete for publication as possible and observe the guidelines provided.

1. Read the terms and conditions for publication
2. EVENT TYPE
Select from the drop-down menu the alternative that best describes your event. If none of the alternatives are suitable, select "Other event"
3. NAME OF THE EVENT
Provide the name of the event
4. EVENT LOCATION
Provide the event location (town, region, address and other specific location data, if available)
5. TIME OF EVENT
Give the dates and starting and ending times as dd.mm.yyyy hh.mm
6. EVENT DESCRIPTION
Describe the event in greater detail
7. ADMISSION FEE
If the event has an admission fee, state it here. If the admission is free, leave this field empty.
8. EVENT ORGANISER
Provide the name of the event organiser
9. FURTHER INFORMATION
Provide the contact details for further inquiries (first and last name, phone number, email address)
10. SUBMIT FORM
When you are satisfied with your event advertisement, submit the form.
NB! The submission form must be sent within 30 minutes from when you start completing it.
