Hubot-chatbot

The chat window can be found on the right side of this page. Our chat service is open 24/7. Your questions will be answered by Hubot, Admission and Student Services' customer service chatbot. Hubot can answer in Finnish, Swedish and English. Hubot can transfer the conversation to an admissions advisor during our service hours.

Customer Service Chat

Our customer service chat is open on Mondays from 12.00 to 14.00  (local Finnish time). 

The chat service works best for brief questions regarding applying. Please contact us by email if you need further admission advisement. To make the procedure easier you can mention if you have already contacted us by email. Please do not copy an entire email to the chat conversation. Please note that during the busiest times, an admission advisor might have several chat conversations going on at the same time.

To use the chat service, you must accept functional cookies for the University website. You can adjust your cookie settings through cookie management. The same link is also found in the website footer. If the chat window does not appear automatically, refresh the page after accepting cookies.

Book an appointment for advising in Zoom

We will offer admission advising online in Zoom starting from September. You can book an appointment, if you feel like you cannot find an answer to your question on our website or Studyinfo’s admissions criteria. Available times are shown in the booking calendar for two weeks ahead. If there are no available times, we can also advise you via email, phone, chat or Guidance Corner.

Come to meet us

During the autumn 2024 you can come and meet the admission advisors at the Guidance Corner in the Kaisa House (Fabianinkatu 30, Helsinki) on the following times:

  • 5 November from 14.00 to 16.00.
