The Biocomputing core facility

The purpose of the biocomputing core facility is to provide the latest computational methods accessible for all researchers at the institute. In principle we can also offer our services for scientists working at a different research institutes in Finland. We are using programs and databases at CSC, as well as PC platform programs such as PCGENE, GENESKIPPER, RASMOL, and MACAW, and "high end" programs such as SYBYL running at SGI Indigo2.
