English Language Support

The support is designed for all participants of the BBE courses to facilitate understanding of the course material.

Please visit the Helsinki University Language Centre for general information and select BBE programme for details on oral presentations, writing tools, writing guidelines, terminology and pronunciation.

By taking the course Conservation Biology in Fragmented Landscapes (523052) and participating in the language exercises, students may receive the English language credits
(3-4 credits), both reading comprehension and oral skills, towards their degree.

Quota of students: All BBE students and participants of the course 523052
Credits: 3-4 credits, given that you take the course 523052 and complete all required work with Roy Siddall; no credits are given of the three-hour session on 27.9.
