IntranetMES laboratory Intranet pages are located in ALMA. Data storage systemAll data produced by the MegaBACE sequencing machines is stored in the MES8-computer located in the MES laboratory. The newest data folders can also be found on the Novell network directory (Y:\MES\MegaBACE data) accessed via the Novell Network system. Please, contact the coordinator to obtain an authorization to access the MES data. Outside the University network this directory can be accessed using the NetStorage service system. Furthermore, backups of all MegaBACE data folders can be obtained from the coordinator. The backup CDs/DVDs of ABI377 runs can be found in the MES laboratory.
