IT services in Viikki

The IT services in campuses are a part of Campus Service Centers of University Administration. The IT services include coordination of IT activities, standardization the technical solutions and local maintainance of the information network. Also providing IT classrooms and service points are included.

Local IT support

The Campus Service Centers provides also local IT support. The service levels will agreed with faculties and departments. Services are provided by the local IT support teams of the IT Services.
