Helpdesk - IT guidance and user support
Helpdesk helps students and personnel at the University of Helsinki in all problem situation. You can contact us when you need help e.g. with your computer, programs, user accounts or printers. Before you contact us, check if you can find a solution for your problem in the IT guides and instructions!
Helpdesk aims to solve the most common problems during the first contact. If the problem cannot be solved at once, Helpdesk forwards a support request to the technical support groups or experts who then will proceed with the problem. Helpdesk stands at service for all university units and students.
