IT services in city centre

The IT Services in city centre provides IT services for the university community in the very heart of Helsinki. The tasks of the unit includes maintaining computer stations, providing helpdesk services and acting as technical support for computerised education.

Our Audiovisual services and network video services are also located in the City Centre Campus.

Most of the tasks are situated in the Aleksandria Learning Centre, Fabianinkatu 28. The IT services also maintains computer facilities in the Minerva Learning Centre, Siltavuorenpenger 5A and in the hallway of the main building of the University. The recording production of the audiovisual services is situated at Teollisuuskatu 23–25 Vallila .

Local IT support

The Campus Service Centers provides also local IT support. Services are provided by the local IT support teams of the IT Services.
