Keycards for night and weekend use

General

Any student attending the University of Helsinki can apply for a keycard giving access to the computer stations in

  • City Centre:
    Learning Center Aleksandria, Fabianinkatu 28, K, 1st and 2nd floor
    Learning Center Minerva, Siltavuorenpenger 20R, K2-floor
  • Kumpula:
    Physicum Building, 24-hour lab, G104, 1st floor, G wing
  • Viikki:
    Building A Computer Lab, Latokartanonkaari 9, 1st floor
    Computer Lab in Biocentre 3, Viikinkaari 1, 1st floor

The keycard makes it possible to use the computer labs outside the normal opening hours. To get the key the applicant must have a user account in the Novell network or Unix systems of the IT Services.

Students of Computer Science can apply for a keycard via their own department and their keycards are also valid for the stations of IT Services.
