Call for Papers

Instructions

Researchers and PhD students are invited to send proposals for presentations of

  • an oral presentation (20 min)
  • a poster presentation (exposed 29.-30.10. near the lecture hall of the Symposium)
The total number of accepted oral presentations will be ca 20 in total. In the program equal balance will be aimed between news from Scandinavia, the Baltic countries and Finland respectively. The number of poster presentations is not limited yet.

The presentations can be given in English or a Scandinavian language. In the latter case a written synopsis of should be available in English.

Both the oral and the poster presentations can be published in the publication of proceedings in 2010. The language of the publication will be English.

Timetable

The dead-line for abstracts for presentations is 29th May 2009. The contact person is MA Mervi Suhonen, The suggested title, the language and the main content of the presentation (ca. ½ page) should be given.

Decision of the acceptance of the proposals in either category (oral/poster) will be made by the Organizing Committee by the 30th June 2009. The participants will be contacted by e-mail.
