Professor Natalia Rozenberg is Chairwoman of the Department of Cultural Studies of Herzen University, Vybor Branch

Anna Smorgunova is assistant professor at the Department of Criminal Law at Russian State Pedagogical University of Herzen

Andrei A. Kirillov is President of the Financial Committee of Vyborg Region
