Chair: Ingmar Oldberg (Swedish Institute of International Affairs, Sweden)
Aleksandr Sergunin (Saint Petersburg State University, Russia)
Anke Schmidt-Felzmann (Swedish Institute of International Affairs, Sweden)
Krysztof Zegota (University of Warmia and Mazury, Poland)
