BSc and MSc degree programmes
The Department of Agricultural Sciences is nationally responsible for the university-level education in plant production sciences, animal science, agricultural and environmental engineering and plant and animal biotechnology.
Teaching at the department is divided into three degree programmes at the Bachelor level and three degree programmes at the Master level. The BSc level can be completed only in Finnish or Swedish and the MSc level in Finnish, Swedish or English.

Master's degree programmes
From autumn 2017, the University of Helsinki will launch 28 new international Master’s programmes. Some of the programmes are completely new, and others have new content. See the News here!
The application period for the programmes will begin in early December. At the same time, tuition fees will be introduced for students coming from outside the EU and the EEA. Please find more information in the HOW TO APPLY -pages.
