Rector Thomas Wilhelmsson

Thomas WilhelmssonRector Thomas Wilhelmsson is responsible for managing and developing the university’s operations. The Rector has general competence in all matters and he acts as the chairman of the University Senate.

Rector Wilhelmsson has set the successful implementation of the university reforms that are being prepared as the most important objective of his term of office. The plans include reforming the university’s management system and organisation structure as well as developing the national and international recruitment system. The objective is to create a more flexible and more international world-class university.
